Event: Swedish Championship & Junior Open Championship for Trissjolle, Swedish Championship for OK-dinghy
Date: August 13th-15th 2010

1. Rules 1.1 The event will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS). 1.2 Class rules will apply. 1.4 All boats may in accordance with ISAF Regulation 20 display advertising provided by the event organiser
2. Eligibility requirements 2.1 Competitors shall comply with ISAF Regulation 19. 2.2 Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third party liability insurance. 2.3 Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See RRS 4, Decision to Race. The organising authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
3. Entries 3.1 Advance entry shall be made not later than 15th of July and sent to www.sskaparen.se 3.2 The advance entry shall include the following: Class, sailnumber, helm and crew name, club 3.3 The entry fee is SEK 500 for OK and SEK 600 for Triss and is to be paid to Bg 196-6860, at www.sskaparen.se 3.4 Late entry fee is SEK 700 for OK and SEK 800 for Triss, and shall be paid in cash during registration
4. Registration and measurement checks 4.1 Registration shall be made at the race office not later than Friday the 13th at 11.00 for OK and on Saturday the 14th at 09.00 for Triss 4.2 Measurement certificate may have to be presented prior to racing. SEGELSÄLLSKAPET KAPAREN
5. Sailing Instructions 5.1 The sailing instructions will be handed out upon completion of the registration.
6. Time schedule 6.1 Thursday 12th of August 16.00 – 20.00 Registration, Safety inspection Friday 13th of August 08.00 – 11.00 Registration, Safety inspection 11.00 Skippers meeting OK 12.00 Skippers meeting Sprint Triss, see separate notice of race 12.55 Time for the first warning signal for OK Saturday 14th of August 08.00-09.00 Registration and safety inspection for Triss 09.30 Skippers meeting Triss 10.55 Time for the first warning signal Sunday 15th of August 10.55 Time for the first warning signal Prize giving ceremony will take place as soon as possible after the races. 6.2 6 races are scheduled for Triss and 7 races are scheduled for OK
8. Racing area 8.1 The racing areas will be held east of Gottskär, see www.sskaparen.se
9. The course 9.1 Windward-Leeward, Triangle and Trapezoid course can be used.
11. Scoring 11.1 The low point scoring system of RRS Appendix A will apply, modified so that when three or fewer races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores. 11.2 3 races are required to be completed to constitute a championship.
12. Prizes 12.1 Championship stickers will be in gold, silver and bronze for the first three in each class. SS Kaparen prizes for 1/5 of the crews
